The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a small flat screen Smart TV with cable and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 has two Double beds, a small flat screen Smart TV with cable and access to a full bathroom (also a tub/shower combo) which is also accessible from the living room. Bedroom 3 has two Twin beds.
Sun Kissed is adorably decorated with a coastal theme and gets an abundance of natural light! The living room, featuring a new couch, offers plenty of seating around a flat-screen Smart TV which also offers cable. The kitchen has stainless appliances, white beaded-board backsplash, and freshly painted white cabinets, drip and keurig coffee maker. The dining room table seats up to six. The floors throughout the home are new LVP. There are two sliding glass doors to enjoy taking in the fresh salt air on both the front and back porches. The front porch overlooks the pond and fountain making for a peaceful and relaxing setting. There is spacious ground floor storage for all your beach toys, large and small. Already at the house are beach chairs, boogie boards, fishing poles and more!
Amenities include community 2 pools around the complex, as well as an additional ocean front pool, two tennis courts, tidal canoe docks, community charcoal grills, a boardwalk along the sound and best of all, the beach access is just a short walk away!

Dogs are allowed for a $200 fee per dog.
In the peak season (Memorial Day- Labor Day), we provide all bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. In the off-season, linens and towels are an optional fee at the time of booking. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)
While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

If your group is unrelated, the average age must not be less than 28 years old
No events, house parties, weddings, receptions, etc..
