Cooler weather doesn’t have to mean skipping the pool! Add pool heat to your stay and keep those vacation vibes going.

Electric Pool Heat: $75/day during the off-season

When heated, pools typically reach a comfortable 80–84°F, depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.

Pool heat is added for the full length of your stay, and since Mother Nature sometimes has plans of her own, exact water temperatures can’t be guaranteed.

The pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, but please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

Located on the second row in Holden Beach, 334 By the Shore is a stunning home that has been professionally furnished and landscaped. With breathtaking ocean views from every floor and the front porch, as well as views of the Intracoastal waterway from the back of the house, the scenery will not disappoint!

334 By The Shore has a total of 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms (each with granite and tile), and has a reversed floor plan. Upon entering the home, you will find a sitting area with a Smart TV, as well as four bedrooms all with Queen-sized beds and all with their own en-suite bathroom.

The next floor up is where the beautiful master bedroom with a King-sized bed and en-suite bathroom is located, as well as the living room which has custom built-ins, a large Smart TV, and an electric fireplace. On this same floor is where the kitchen is located, which boasts custom cabinets, granite and stainless steel appliances. Also on this floor is a half bath and the dining room with seating up to 6 at the table and 3 at the island. Please note the fireplace is decorative only!

Climb up a wrought iron spiral staircase to a third-floor loft that showcases unbelievable ocean views where you will find another sitting area equipped with a Twin-sized day bed. This home also features an outdoor shower, a vinyl fenced-in backyard, over 1,200 SF of covered porches, and hardwood floors throughout.

The public beach access is located just 25 feet from the house making it a very quick and easy commute to get to the white sandy beaches of Holden Beach! The home is also equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach cart to pull everything to the sand! This is the perfect home for your family or multi-family beach getaway!

Kitchen amenities include: a tea kettle, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot

Bicycles and Golf Carts are easy to rent from local businesses and are a fun way to get around the island during your stay.

Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. ***Please note that for reservations made prior to April 6, 2026, linens are available for an additional fee. For reservations booked on or after April 6, 2026, linens are included at no extra cost. Thank you!*** *(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens). *We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property. *ONLY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS: ⚠️ Important: A 5% processing fee (calculated from your total reservation amount) is non-refundable after booking. (*This does not apply to HVMB guests.*) *While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying. *Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety. *You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 25 years old or older. *We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home. *Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken). *Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used. *We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
