We own vacation rentals in this community and treat our homes the same way we treat our clients. We start by providing rental essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, light bulbs, air filters etc. to owners and renters at no cost to them. We believe our management fees are sufficient and there is no reason to "nickel and dime" our clients or customers.
