Cooler weather doesn’t have to mean skipping the pool! Add pool heat to your stay and keep those vacation vibes going.

Gas Pool Heat: $150/day during peak and off-season

When heated, pools typically reach a comfortable 80–84°F, depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.

Pool heat is added for the full length of your stay, and since Mother Nature sometimes has plans of her own, exact water temperatures can’t be guaranteed.

The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

ELEVATOR
We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.

Main Floor:
- Ideal for family and friends, the main floor hosts three bedrooms.
- The first bedroom is a paradise for the little ones, featuring three sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and an attached bathroom with a tub-shower combo.
- A charming full bedroom with an attached bathroom, complete with a tub-shower combo, offers a cozy haven.
- The third bedroom on this floor features a king bed, an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a desk with a chair, perfect for those who need to stay connected.
- A convenient half bath and a washer/dryer ensure you have all the amenities you need during your stay.
- The main floor living room is a hub of entertainment, with a foosball table, shuffleboard, a mini fridge, microwave, wet bar, smart TV, and a comfortable sectional sofa that seats five.

Pool Area:
- Enjoy the refreshing pool and spa for ultimate relaxation.
- Outdoor seating includes six bar stools, picnic table which seats 8 as well as six seats under a covering with a smart TV and grill for poolside entertainment.
- Eight loungers provide the perfect spot for basking in the sun.
- Pool may be heated for an additional $150 a day for the entirety of your stay.

After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible. PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING: *Your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. ***Please note that for reservations made prior to April 6, 2026, linens are available for an additional fee. For reservations booked on or after April 6, 2026, linens are included at no extra cost. Thank you!*** *(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens). *We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property. *ONLY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS: ⚠️ Important: A 5% processing fee (calculated from your total reservation amount) is non-refundable after booking.
