With a total of 9 brand new, professionally decorated vacation rentals, this is the perfect opportunity for large groups, family reunions, and retreats to all be in a private setting in a private single family home but still be able to walk next door to visit. There is a common area that is great for gathering in the evenings! The community is perfectly located within a short drive to all the amenities of Oak Island including restaurants, grocery store, shops, etc. yet only a short walk to the public beach access! All homes will each have 5 to 8 bedrooms with 4 to 8 full bathrooms and all will feature their own private heated saltwater swimming pools.
