Once inside, you will feel the open and roomy floor plan that allow for a bright and airy flow. Ocean and marsh views can be enjoyed from every bedroom, and bed sizes are 2 Kings, 1 Queen and 4 Doubles. Each of the 3 full bathrooms include a vanity with quartz countertops; 2 have a shower/tub combo and one, a shower stall.
The kitchen is newly renovated and features stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, quartz countertops, backsplash, and seating for 5 at the kitchen island. The large living and dining area boast stunning ocean views and offer ample seating with tables seating up to 14. Located above the living room is a loft/game room furnished with a foosball table, couch and chairs.
On the main floor you will find the kitchen, living room, dining room, one full bathroom, one half bath, one bedroom with 2 Double beds and a second bedroom with a King bed. As you walk up the stairs, you will find the washer and dryer. The upper level has a loft used as a second sitting area/game room, a full bathroom, one bedroom with 2 Double beds, one with a Queen bed and a master suite with a King bed and full bathroom.
A Coconut Hut also offers guests an abundance of features and extras including a fully stocked kitchen with a drip coffee maker, 3 flat screen Smart-TV’s, ceiling fans, toys, games, and puzzles as well as beach essentials such as beach chairs, boogie boards, and an outdoor shower. This home truly has it all!
The pool is open year round, however between April 1 - Oct 31 the heater will be on and typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pool pump is running and typically the pump does not run at night due to time schedule.
*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31*. If you want us to attempt to heat the pool during this time we can for a cost of $75 per day for your entire stay, but once again, we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures.
The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.
