Beach D-ehs by Brunswick Vacation Rentals is a welcoming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo in Ocean Isle Beach, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Located on the first floor overlooking both the community pool and the Atlantic Ocean, this recently renovated retreat offers easy beach access and all the comforts needed for a relaxing coastal getaway.

We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.

Parking is limited and only 1 space is assigned to this home.

The pool is NOT heated. Pool is maintained by the HOA and not Brunswick Vacation Rentals. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason.

Situated on the beautiful east end of Ocean Isle Beach, this first-floor retreat makes it easy to go from your morning coffee to a walk along the shoreline in just moments.

Inside, the open-concept layout creates a welcoming gathering space for everyone in your group. Hardwood floors, coastal-inspired décor, and comfortable furnishings give the home a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room features a sofa, armchair, and recliner arranged around a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun. Guests who need a quiet space to catch up on work or correspondence will appreciate the charming roll-top desk.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for preparing meals and snacks throughout your stay. Stainless steel appliances, natural wood cabinetry, and bar seating for three provide both functionality and style. You'll also find convenient small appliances including a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, mixer, and blender. Just beyond the kitchen, additional storage space offers room for groceries and supplies during your stay.

Gather together around the dining table seating six for family meals, game nights, or planning the next day's adventures. When you're ready to enjoy the coastal air, step outside to the front patio where you can relax with views of the pool and ocean while listening to the soothing sound of the waves.

The primary bedroom offers a peaceful place to recharge, featuring a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is ideal for children, friends, or additional family members and includes two double beds. A full hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination serves the guest bedroom and common living areas.

Additional conveniences include guest storage located beneath the condo, providing plenty of room for beach chairs, toys, and other vacation necessities. One of the property's standout features is its convenient access to the community pool, located just outside the condo. Guests can easily spend their days alternating between the beach and pool, creating the perfect vacation experience for families and friends alike. Guests also have access to the community charcoal grill and picnic area, making it easy to enjoy outdoor meals throughout your stay.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING: *Your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. ***Please note that for reservations made prior to April 6, 2026, linens are available for an additional fee. For reservations booked on or after April 6, 2026, linens are included at no extra cost. Thank you!*** *(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens). *We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property. *ONLY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS: ⚠️ Important: A 5% processing fee (calculated from your total reservation amount) is non-refundable after booking. (*This does not apply to HVMB guests.*) *While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying. *Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety. *You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 25 years old or older. *We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home. *Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken). *Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used. *We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
