The hot tub is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the hot tub. Hot tubs are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the hot tub.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.

Every bedroom in Betty Lou’s State of Mind features a private bath for ultimate convenience, and there is a common powder room on the second floor. The home is designed to be handicap-friendly, with an elevator that provides access to all floors.

• Additional: Before You Arrive: We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible. PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING: *Your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. ***Please note that for reservations made prior to April 6, 2026, linens are available for an additional fee. For reservations booked on or after April 6, 2026, linens are included at no extra cost. Thank you!*** *(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens). *We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property. *ONLY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS: ⚠️ Important: A 5% processing fee (calculated from your total reservation amount) is non-refundable after booking.
