Welcome to Carlton: a professionally decorated, brand-new construction beach house, where luxury and tranquility await you. Situated in a quiet community located on the West side of the island within a 2 minute walk in either direction to the private beach access, and private pier by the Intracoastal Waterway. This home has room to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and is equipped with an elevator for easy access throughout and a crystal blue salt-water pool for the ultimate relaxation

Before You Arrive
We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.

The pool is NOT heated. The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

As you enter the top floor, you'll be greeted by an inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare delicious meals, and the adjacent dining room and breakfast nook provide ample seating for everyone. On the upper level, you'll find one bedroom with a twin size daybed and an attached bathroom featuring a convenient stand-up shower. The bottom floor houses three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed and an adjoining jack and jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second adjoining bedroom features a twin over queen bunk bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom is beautifully appointed with a queen-size bed and boasts an en-suite master bathroom with a stand-up shower and an air bathtub. There's also an additional bathroom with a tub/shower combo accessible from the hallway.

Step outside into the spectacular outdoor space, where you'll discover a beautiful backyard. Take a refreshing dip in the private non-heated pool or rinse off in the outdoor shower. The picnic table is the perfect spot to relax with a book or sip a cocktail as you watch the sun set over the ocean.

For reservations booked on or after April 6, 2026, linens are included at no extra cost. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken). *Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used. *We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
