This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, single-family home is perfect for your next family vacation. This home sleeps up to 9 in beds.

The master bedroom has a King sized bed, a small flat screen Smart TV with cable and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The master bathroom is also accessible from the living room. Bedroom 2 has a King sized bed and a small flat screen Smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a Queen sized bed and a daybed. These two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom. The 4th bedroom, a converted loft with a lockable door, is located upstairs and has a daybed with a trundle bed and plenty of office space if you need to do any work while out-of-town.

Isle of a Time is decorated with a coastal farmhouse theme and gets an abundance of natural light! The living room offers plenty of seating with a sectional sofa and chair. The large flat screen Smart TV offers cable and streaming services. The kitchen has brand stainless appliances and a drip coffee maker and a washer/dryer. The kitchen has been updated with solid surface countertops and freshly painted cabinets. The dining room table seats 6-7 and the kitchen counter seats an additional two on stools.

Outside the property you will find your own private dock. Feel free to bring your own boat and dock it right outside! This dock can probably accommodate up to a 32-foot boat. Please be aware that at low tide the canal gets very low.

Relax outside on the deck with a beautiful view overlooking the canals. Stairs are located from the outside deck leading to the backyard.

With plenty of parking spaces, 2-3 cars can park inside the garage and the driveway can hold 3-4 cars outside.

Cable TV, free Wi-Fi, board games, beach chairs, beach toys, corn hole, and fishing poles are included in your vacation package. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Ocean Isle is only a 5-10 minute walk away! Enjoy your R-n-R and kickback by the canal!

Bicycles and Golf Carts are easy to rent from local businesses and are a fun way to get around the island during your stay.

After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible. PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING: *Your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. ***Please note that for reservations made prior to April 6, 2026, linens are available for an additional fee. For reservations booked on or after April 6, 2026, linens are included at no extra cost. Thank you!*** *(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens). *We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property. *ONLY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS: ⚠️ Important: A 5% processing fee (calculated from your total reservation amount) is non-refundable after booking. (*This does not apply to HVMB guests.*) *While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying. *Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety. *You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 26 years old or older. *We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home. *Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken). *Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used. *We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
