Set along one of Ocean Isle Beach’s desirable concrete canal streets, Moore Fun gives families and groups plenty of room to spread out, gather together, and enjoy life by the water. This multi-level home pairs comfortable indoor spaces with an inviting collection of outdoor amenities, including a private pool, floating dock, canal-side porches, a sun deck, and a tiki bar.
Step inside Moore Fun and begin your stay on the first level, where the spacious family room gives everyone a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach. Settle in for a movie on the Smart TV, stream your favorite shows, or choose a book, board game, or deck of cards from the bookshelf for an easy evening together. This level also features a bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom with a shower, giving guests a welcoming retreat close to the main gathering space.
Seven steps lead to the second level, where the large, fully stocked kitchen makes preparing meals for the group simple and convenient. Two refrigerators provide plenty of room for groceries, drinks, and fresh local seafood, while the dishwasher, microwave, blender, Keurig, and regular coffee maker cover the everyday essentials. Thoughtful extras include an air fryer and crockpot, making it easy to prepare everything from quick beach-day snacks to relaxed family dinners. The indoor dining table seats eight for shared meals, card games, and conversations about the day’s adventures. This level also includes a bedroom furnished with two extra-long twin beds and a Smart TV. Its private bathroom has a shower and tub combination. A high-efficiency washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level, allowing guests to refresh swimsuits, beach towels, and clothing during longer stays.
Continue up seven steps to the third level, where another private bedroom features a king bed and Smart TV. The bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, creating a peaceful space to recharge between days spent at the beach, pool, and canal.
Seven more steps lead to the fourth level and the home’s final two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the second has a queen bed and a twin bed. Both bedrooms include Smart TVs and private bathrooms with showers, allowing every sleeping area in the home to function as its own comfortable suite.
The elevator travels from the ground level to the first floor only. It does not reach the upper levels, and interior steps are required to access the kitchen, laundry area, and bedrooms above the first floor.
Outside is where Moore Fun truly lives up to its name. Spend sunny afternoons splashing in the private pool, relaxing on the furnished pool deck, or gathering around the outdoor dining table, which seats eight. A convenient half bathroom is located downstairs near the pool, and the enclosed outdoor shower offers an easy place to rinse away sand after returning from the beach. The poolside tiki bar invites guests to settle into vacation mode with a refrigerator for cold drinks and a Smart TV for catching a game or enjoying entertainment outdoors. Fire up the propane grill for an easy family cookout, then enjoy dinner beside the pool as the coastal evening settles in. Beyond the pool, two canal-side porches and a sun deck provide several places to unwind by the water. Watch boats travel along the canal, enjoy a quiet morning outside, or end the day beneath the evening sky. The private floating dock includes built-in benches and offers another peaceful place to enjoy the waterfront setting.
An outdoor shed holds beach chairs, floats, and other beach items for guest use, making it easier to prepare for days by the water. With direct beach access available from Goldsboro Street, your group can move easily between mornings on the sand, afternoons by the private pool, and evenings relaxing along the canal.
Additional conveniences include central heat and air, Wi-Fi, keyless entry, an iron and ironing board, and Smart TVs in the family room, every bedroom, and the outdoor area.
Ocean Isle Beach is a relaxed, family-friendly barrier island where beach days, boat rides, and casual coastal living set the pace.
