Upon entering the main floor, you'll discover a half bathroom, three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each accompanied by its own luxurious full bathroom. The first bedroom on the main floor, is suited with a King bed, positioned on the serene street side, and Jack and Jill ensuite bathroom complete with an inviting tub/shower combination. The second bedroom, suited with a twin/full bunk bed with twin trundle, also shares the Jack and Jill bathroom. Positioned on the serene street side, the third bedroom is suited with a King-sized bed and private ensuite, walk-in shower.
Ascend to the top floor, where 5 additional bedrooms and half bathroom await alongside the culinary epicenter of the home: the gourmet kitchen and gracious dining/living room area. The first of these upper-floor retreats treats guests to captivating pool views, suited with a King-sized bed and a private ensuite walk-in shower. Situated on the street side, the fifth and sixth bedrooms each feature a King bed, with private ensuite walk-in showers. The seventh bedroom features 2 twin over full bunkbeds. This delightful bedroom has a Jack and Jill bathroom, tub/shower. The eighth and final bedroom is located on the poolside, and also has access to the Jack and Jill bathroom.
Beyond the kitchen, guests are treated to an array of extra amenities thoughtfully provided for their enjoyment. Dive into beachside bliss with boogie boards and comfortable beach chairs, shielded from the sun's rays by elegant umbrellas.
The pool is open year round, however between April 1 - Oct 31 the heater will be on and typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pool pump is running and typically the pump does not run at night due to time schedule.
*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31*. If you want us to attempt to heat the pool during this time we can for a cost of $75 per day for your entire stay, but once again, we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures.
The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.
