Electric Pool Heat: $75/day during the off-season

When heated, pools typically reach a comfortable 80–84°F, depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.

Pool heat is added for the full length of your stay, and since Mother Nature sometimes has plans of her own, exact water temperatures can’t be guaranteed.

The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

The main level features an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room, and dining room offering lots of windows to let in an abundance of natural light and breathtaking views of the ocean. The newly fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large center island with additional seating and new countertops and lighting. The kitchen amenities include a blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, and mixer. Also on this level are two bedrooms furnished with two queen beds in one and two full beds in the other.

Upstairs you will find the tastefully re-decorated master suite which has a king bed and offers gorgeous ocean views from the sliding glass door as well as access to the upper deck with new deck furniture. The street-side bedrooms include one room with a queen bed and another featuring 2 sets of bunk beds, full beds on the bottom and twin beds on top- perfect for kids!

The ocean side of the house offers expansive multi-level decking for lounging, dining and catching that breathtaking sunrise and sunset! Your own private walkway takes you directly to the beach for hours of fun in the sun. This home is equipped with plenty of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys so make sure to grab them from the storage unit on your way down there!

After you’ve had your fill of the beach, head back up to the house to enjoy your own private pool! There’s more than enough deck space for soaking up the sun in one of the many lounge chairs and nothing beats a cool dip to help you relax. Convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before entering the pool or house.

Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. ***Please note that for reservations made prior to April 6, 2026, linens are available for an additional fee. For reservations booked on or after April 6, 2026, linens are included at no extra cost.
