PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind
 
NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Pet friendly, up to two dogs max, up to 65 lbs each, $200 fee per dog

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.

*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking*

In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.

**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $130 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility, nestled just steps away from the sandy shores. The bright and airy living room boasts large windows that flood the space with natural light, providing breathtaking views of the sea.
  
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, making it a delight for both casual meals and entertaining.

The open design ensures you’re always part of the conversation, even while preparing delicious beachside snacks. 

The master suite offers a king bed and two twins with its own access to the balcony overlooking the ocean, an en-suite bathroom with a  walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom sits on the street side and is suited with a queen. The third bedroom also sits street side, and offers a queen bed. All bedrooms are generously sized, perfect for family/guests. The second and third bedroom share the second bathroom, suited with a tub/shower.

We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property. (*This does not apply to HVMB guests.*) Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking. While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying. Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.
