Step inside and feel instantly relaxed in this cheerful coastal retreat. The home features beautiful real wood paneled walls and a classic “shot-gun” style layout that creates a welcoming, easy flow from room to room. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is the heart of the home, making it perfect for gathering after a day on the sand. The living room offers comfortable seating and plenty of space for movie nights or sharing stories from the beach.

The fully equipped, very modern kitchen includes granite counters, a large island with seating, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig so everyone can start their morning just the way they like it. Whether you are prepping fresh seafood or packing snacks for the beach, you will have everything you need. The adjacent dining area makes group meals simple and enjoyable.

Starfish Oasis comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four spacious bedrooms. Bedroom one features a king bed, offering a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. Bedrooms two and three each include a queen bed, providing cozy accommodations for couples or friends. Bedroom four is perfect for kids or additional guests with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The home includes two large bathrooms, one with a convenient tub and shower combination and the other with a step-in shower.

Outdoor living is where this home truly shines. Enjoy ocean breezes from the covered front porch or unwind on the spacious back deck with additional seating. Downstairs, the covered patio area includes a grill, picnic table, and plenty of shaded space for gathering. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside. There is also covered parking, a private yard for added space, beach supplies for guest use, and a washer and dryer to keep everything fresh throughout your stay.

Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. **(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens). We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property. ONLY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS: ⚠️ Important: A 5% processing fee (calculated from your total reservation amount) is non-refundable after booking. (*This does not apply to HVMB guests.*) Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking. While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying. Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety. You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home. Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken). Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
