Located on the second row of Holden Beach, 334 By the Shore is a stunning home that has been professionally furnished and landscaped. With breathtaking ocean views from every floor and front porch, as well as views of the Intracoastal waterway from the back, the scenery does not disappoint!
New to the rental market and in like-new condition, the home has a total of 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms (each with granite and tile), and a reversed floor plan. Upon entering the home, you will find a sitting area with a smart TV as well as four bedrooms with queen-sized beds in each, all with their own bathroom.
The next floor up, is where the beautiful master bedroom (with a king-sized bed) and bathroom are located, as well as the living room (which has custom built-ins, a large smart TV, and an electric fireplace), the kitchen (which boasts custom cabinets, granite and stainless steel appliances), the dining room (which sits 6 at the table and 3 at the bar) and a half bath.
The third-floor loft, which showcases unbelievable ocean views and is accessed by a wrought iron staircase is where you will find another sitting area as well as a twin-sized day bed. This home also features an outdoor shower, a vinyl fenced-in backyard, over 1,200 SF of covered porches, and hardwood floors throughout.
The public beach access is located just 25 feet from the house making it a very quick and easy commute to get to the beach! The home is also equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach cart to pull everything to the sand! This is the perfect home for your family or multi-family beach getaway!
Kitchen amenities include: a tea kettle, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, crockpot
In the peak season (Memorial Day- Labor Day), we provide all bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. In the off season, linens and towels are an optional fee at the time of booking. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner.
While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:
Pool and or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool and or spa.
**Please be aware that there is an exterior security camera located on the premises directed towards parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.**
*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking*
You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 28 years old.
If your group is unrelated, the average age must not be less than 28 years old
No events, house parties, weddings, receptions, etc..
