Bring the whole family to the Coconut Cabana with lots of room (2,300 square feet) for lots of fun! Six bedrooms (sleeping up to 16), 4 full bathrooms, with an open concept kitchen, living and dining area. Stocked kitchen and two huge covered decks. This community has the biggest pool in Ocean Isle Beach. The outside storage closet has plenty of room to stash extra beach gear. This unit has views of the pool and is just steps away to the beach!

Our Windjammer II unit DD is one of only eight units in this attractive two-level building and only one of four that overlooks a large swimming pool and deck area. A FEW THINGS TO NOTE: COCONUT CABANA IS ON STILTS; THERE IS A FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO ACCESS THE MAIN LEVEL - NO ELEVATOR.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise
NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.
*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking*
Pool is maintained by the HOA and not Brunswick Vacation Rentals. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason.
*Please note this condo is built on stilts and you have to walk stairs to access the main floor (there is no elevator)*
In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $240 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**
We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:
