Entertainment options include a Samsung TV with Roku, providing endless streaming possibilities. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a lovely dining space with a large table seating 6 guests. For a quick breakfast or a casual meal, there's also a breakfast bar with two stools and three additional bar stools.
**Kitchen**
The well-equipped kitchen is a dream for any culinary enthusiast. It boasts a combination drip and pod coffee maker, perfect for your morning brew. The sleek black appliances add a touch of sophistication, a toaster, and a crockpot is also provided for your convenience.

NO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise
NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise
Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)
Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.
*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking*
In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $200 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**
We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
