The first floor boasts four bedrooms, an additional living area, and an expansive deck with a walkway leading directly to the beach. This home is the ideal setting for creating cherished memories during large family gatherings that will be treasured for a lifetime.
Every bedroom in Betty Lou’s State of Mind features a private bath for ultimate convenience, and there is a common powder room on the second floor. The home is designed to be handicap-friendly, with an elevator that provides access to all floors.
Ground Floor:
- Spacious parking for 6-8 vehicles

First Floor:
- King bed with a private bath, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and access to a covered deck
- Another king bed with a private bath, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV
- Queen bed with a private bath, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and access to a covered deck
- Two full bunk beds, each with a private bath, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV
- A soothing hot tub for relaxation
- A deck and walkway leading directly to the beach
Second Floor:
- King bed with a private bath, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV
- Another king bed with a private bath, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV
- A spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and convenient wet bar
- An open deck for taking in the views
- A Ring doorbell at the front door for added security

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:
You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.
NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind
NO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise
NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise
Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)
Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.
*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking*
Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.
Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the spa. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the spa.
If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**
We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:
