This spacious beach home features four well-appointed bedrooms and three stylish bathrooms. The generous layout is perfect for accommodating family and guests, providing luxury, comfort, and privacy.

On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as the laundry room. The first bedroom has stunning views of the intracoastal water way, and is equipped with 2 bunk style beds, twin over full, smart TV, with an attached jack and jill bathroom, tub/shower combo. Attached, you will find the second bedroom with peek-a-boo ocean views, equipped with a king bed, smart TV, and access to the jack and jill bathroom, tub/shower combo. Also on the first floor you will also find the master bedroom with king bed and its own en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, double vanity, smart TV, while providing a private escape within the home. 

The top floor of the home offers an open-concept living space that creates an inviting atmosphere, seamlessly connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area and a bedroom with a queen sized bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Large windows flood the interior with natural light and offer panoramic views of the surrounding coastal landscape. Sit back and enjoy the electric fireplace, and 65 inch smart TV. Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen that is a chef's delight, featuring stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a coffee bar. Prepare meals while enjoying the company of family and friends in the adjacent dining area. Step outside to the beautiful outdoor area that is perfect for enjoying the North Carolina sunshine. Equipped with an outdoor shower, gas grill, and private pool. The pool is the perfect place to cool off on a hot day, while the nearby patio area features plenty of comfortable seating for dining, lounging, and socializing. PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. 

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.

*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking*

*The golf cart on site is not for renter use

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking. 

*Please note the pool is not heated*

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool.  Pools are serviced weekly.  Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $175 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:
