Orchards Coconut Palm Lot 5

The Orchards at Oak Island is a brand new luxury community of short term vacation rentals. With a total of 9 brand new, professionally decorated vacation rental homes, this is the perfect opportunity for large groups of family and friends to get together within a small community for vacations, family reunions, and retreats, while each being in a private single family home but still close enough to be able to walk next door to visit. 

Coconut Palm is located on Lot 5, and has 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom sleeping 16, custom-built home with a private heated pool!

Upon entering the main floor, you'll discover four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each accompanied by its own luxurious full bathroom. The first and second bedroom on the main floor, are suited with King-sized beds, offering enchanting vistas of the shimmering pool, and a secluded ensuite bathroom complete with walk-in shower. Positioned on the serene street side, the third bedroom is suited with a King-sized bed and private ensuite, walk-in shower. The fourth and final on the main floor is suited with a full/full bunk bed with twin trundle and twin over twin bunk bed, attached private ensuite walk in shower. 

Ascend to the top floor, where two additional bedrooms and half bathroom await alongside the culinary epicenter of the home: the gourmet kitchen and gracious dining/living room area. Indulge in a fully stocked haven designed to cater to every guest's desire! Immerse yourself in culinary delights with an extensive array of kitchen amenities, from essential baking dishes to a sleek blender and a trusty toaster, all complemented by brand new appliances that promise seamless culinary adventures. 

Both of these upper-floor bedrooms are situated on the street side, and are suited with King-sized beds and walk-in showers.

Beyond the kitchen, guests are treated to an array of extra amenities thoughtfully provided for their enjoyment. Dive into beachside bliss with boogie boards and comfortable beach chairs, shielded from the sun's rays by elegant umbrellas. Transporting your seaside essentials has never been easier with the inclusion of a convenient beach wagon, while little ones can revel in the joy of sandcastles and beach games with a delightful assortment of beach toys, ensuring endless fun under the sun.

 More Details:
There will be a fruit orchard in a common area, shared by the 9 homes, that will have year round harvests that renters will have access to! The community is perfectly located within a short drive to all the amenities Oak Island has to offer, including restaurants, grocery stores, shops and activities, yet only a short walk to the public beach access! All homes will each have 5 to 8 bedrooms and 5 to 8 bathrooms and all will feature their own private heated saltwater swimming pools. Cleaning fee will include an upgraded linen package with sheets and towels for all beds, bed making, and an essentials package to get your vacation started. These homes will be available starting May of 2024, but we can take reservations now for any home / homes you are interested in securing. 

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

Please inquiry about house parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind for approval.

NO Pets- if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. 

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.

*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking*

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool.  Pools are serviced weekly.  Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

The pool is open year round.  The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures.  Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at night due to timers. 
*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS*

Cleaning fee will include an upgraded linen package with sheets and towels for all beds, bed making, and an essentials package to get your vacation started. 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel.  We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)
