The Orchards at Oak Island is a brand new luxury community of short term vacation rentals. With a total of 9 brand new, professionally decorated vacation rental homes, this is the perfect opportunity for large groups of family and friends to get together within a small community for vacations, family reunions, and retreats, while each being in a private single family home but still close enough to be able to walk next door to visit.
Persimmon is located on Lot 9, and has 8 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, sleeping 20, custom-built home with a private heated pool!
Upon entering the main floor, you'll discover a half bathroom, three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each accompanied by its own luxurious full bathroom. The first bedroom on the main floor, is suited with a King bed, positioned on the serene street side, and Jack and Jill ensuite bathroom complete with an inviting tub/shower combination. The second bedroom, suited with a full/full bunk bed with twin trundle and twin over twin bunk, also shares the Jack and Jill bathroom. Positioned on the serene street side, the third bedroom is suited with a King-sized bed and private ensuite, walk-in shower.
Ascend to the top floor, where 5 additional bedrooms and half bathroom await alongside the culinary epicenter of the home: the gourmet kitchen and gracious dining/living room area. Indulge in a fully stocked haven designed to cater to every guest's desire! Immerse yourself in culinary delights with an extensive array of kitchen amenities, from essential baking dishes to a sleek blender and a trusty toaster, all complemented by brand new appliances that promise seamless culinary adventures.
The first of these upper-floor retreats treats guests to captivating pool views, suited with a King-sized bed and a private ensuite walk-in shower. There will be a fruit orchard in a common area, shared by the 9 homes, that will have year round harvests that renters will have access to! The community is perfectly located within a short drive to all the amenities Oak Island has to offer, including restaurants, grocery stores, shops and activities, yet only a short walk to the public beach access! All homes will each have 5 to 8 bedrooms and 5 to 8 bathrooms and all will feature their own private heated saltwater swimming pools. Cleaning fee will include an upgraded linen package with sheets and towels for all beds, bed making, and an essentials package to get your vacation started. These homes will be available starting in June of 2024, but we can take reservations now for any home / homes you are interested in securing. New photos coming soon!
